We collect the following information when you use Wapify:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and business name provided during signup.
  • WhatsApp messages: messages sent and received through your connected WhatsApp number, processed by our AI for lead qualification purposes.
  • Lead data: contact information, conversation history, qualification scores, and tags generated by our AI.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, login timestamps, and device information.
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide the Wapify service: AI-powered lead qualification on WhatsApp.
  • Score and categorize your leads (HOT, WARM, COLD).
  • Send you real-time notifications about qualified leads.
  • Improve our AI models and service quality.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Communicate service updates and support.

4. How We Protect Your Data

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network and Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. Each customer's data is isolated. You can only access your own leads and conversations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing). Each bound by their own privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements: when required by UAE law or valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow reactivation. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted upon request.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a standard format.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.
